Gensokyo (幻想郷) was a hidden realm in the Suwa region of Japan, home to many youkai and few humans. It was sealed from reality in 1885 by several youkai and gods. In 2025, it was the largest hidden realm on Earth, with several thousand inhabitants. It collapsed in 2025 during the Great Barrier Collapse.
