Reisen Udongein Inaba (鈴仙・優曇華院・イナバ) is a corporate runner living in Deep City under the employment and legal sponsorship of Hourai. She is a lunar rabbit by birth, though her time on Earth has discontinued her lunar citizenship and her immortality, though she retains some of her psionic capabilities. Reisen first appears in Chapter 4 of Deep City Archives.
